The first step is making sure you feel at ease. I take the time to get to know you, creating a relaxed environment where you can be yourself. Whether we’re chatting before the session or easing into the shoot, my goal is to make you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera.

  • What types of photography sessions do you offer?
    I specialize in family, maternity, newborn, and children’s portrait photography. Each session is tailored to capture the unique moments and personalities of your family.
  • How do I book a session?
    You can book a session by contacting me through the Booking Form on my website, via email at photo@dariakorkuna.com. We’ll discuss your needs and schedule a convenient time for your photoshoot.
  • What should we wear for our photoshoot?
    Wear clothes that make you feel comfortable and confident. Coordinating colors and avoiding busy patterns can help create a cohesive look. I also provide styling advice and a guide to help you choose the best outfits for your session.
  • Where will the photoshoot take place?
    I offer on-location shoots in various scenic spots around the San Francisco Bay Area or at your home. We can discuss and choose a location that best suits your family and desired aesthetic.
  • How long does a session last?
    Sessions typically last between 1 to 2 hours, depending on the type of shoot and the number of locations we cover.
  • What is included in the session fee?
    The session fee includes the time and talent of the photographer, a pre-session consultation, the photoshoot itself, and a selection of professionally edited digital images. Additional products such as prints, albums, and wall art are available for purchase.
  • When will we receive our photos?
    You will receive a link to your online gallery within 3-4 weeks after the photoshoot. From there, you can select your favorite images and order any additional products.
  • Do you offer print products?
    Yes, I offer a variety of high-quality print products, including prints, canvases, and custom photo albums. We can discuss your options during the post-session consultation.
  • What happens if it rains on the day of our outdoor session?
    If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we can reschedule the session at no additional cost. Alternatively, we can move the session to an indoor location.
  • How should we prepare for the photoshoot?
    Make sure everyone is well-rested and fed. Bring any items that are meaningful to your family or that you want to include in the photos. Relax and have fun – I’ll guide you through the session to capture natural and beautiful moments.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Can we bring pets to the photoshoot?
    Absolutely! Pets are a part of the family too. Just let me know in advance so I can plan accordingly.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
